How can I pay?
We accept payment by wiring and PayPal, PayPal can accept certain credit card transaction.
What’s the lead time and shipping time?
For small projects, the lead time is 3-7 working days, for large projects, the lead time is 7-20 working days. The shipping time is 4-7 days by DHL/Fedex/UPS express.
What’s the payment term?
Normally, we request customer 50% deposit and 50% balance before delivery, it's possible to negotiate other payment terms for the first cooperation.
What will you do If I’m not happy with the quality?
If you received the parts, and not satisfied with the quality within 7 days, we will redo the parts for you and ship out free of charge.
How long do I get the quote?
Normally, we can finish the quotation within 12 hours, for some big projects, it need 24 hours. If you're very urgent, we can quote faster.
Do you have MOQ for the parts?
We do not have MOQ for every order, we can manufacture the parts from 1 pc.
